Welcome to buysellai.ai ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using our software ("the Bots"), you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
You purchase a one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own personal use, including future updates. You do not receive ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property.
2. No financial advice
The Bots are software tools. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
3. Risk
Trading cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Past performance and any figures shown are illustrative and not a promise of future results. We do not guarantee profits.
4. Your responsibilities
You run the Bots on your own exchange account using your own API keys. You are responsible for securing those keys, complying with your exchange's terms and your local laws, and for any taxes due.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the Bots. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

What we collect
When you buy, our payment provider (e.g. Stripe / Gumroad / Lemon Squeezy) collects the details needed to process payment and deliver your download — typically your email and billing information. We receive your email and order details to fulfil and support your purchase.
Your exchange keys
The Bots run locally on your own machine or server. Your exchange API keys stay with you — they are never sent to us and we never store them.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, provide support, send important product updates, and meet legal/accounting obligations. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We retain order records as required for tax and accounting.
Refund Policy

Because the Bots are digital products delivered instantly, sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy:
14-day consideration
If the software does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue with you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the licence fee.
Not covered
Refunds are not available for trading losses, or for change of mind after the software has worked as described.
